This theme offers you a broad introduction to mentoring and to the role of the mentor in the workplace. It will challenge you to plan for and develop your own role as a workplace mentor. It will get you started on your workplace mentoring practice.

These courses are delivered by the Academy of Leadership & Management and are accredited by The Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM).
This theme will provide you with tools for reflective practice. It will challenge you to translate your knowledge and understanding into best practice in your own role as a workplace coach as you undertake six or more hours of mentoring practice. It will also encourage you to reflect in depth on your own performance.
